Ean came over on Memorial Day weekend and we ended up eating pizza instead of doing a barbecue because it was so cloudy and rainy. I actually love the rain in the winter because it means we're not having icky snow, but we've had a very overcast month of May and I'm soooo ready for the sun. Rain, rain, go away, come again another day! ( like in November......)

The kids are on their swing set everyday - rain or shine. Their newest thing is to be upside-down as often as possible. They hang upside-down, swing on the swings upside-down, slide upside-down, and climb the climbing rope ladder upside-down. Crazy kids!
These little girls are about all things girlie, so when I saw these pettie-skirts at Costco (of all places) I knew I had to get them. They love them and wear them everywhere. In fact, I'm thinking I'd better get them some more for when these wear out - which could be soon!
Yeah, I'm trying to enjoy this new puppy thing, but it's just tons of work. However, we promised the kids for years that we'd get a dog when everyone was a little older, so we got a dog. His name is Lucky and he's a Shi-poo, which is half Shitzu and half Toy Poodle. On the plus side, he's never going to get big and he IS very cute. I just can't wait until he's out of this puppy stage and no longer leaving puddles on the floor. The kids are doing very well taking care of him though, and are thrilled to finally have a dog. Now come the vet bills, training classes, and grooming appointments!
